Statement of use of Generative AI (GenAI) for journal publications

To uphold transparency, integrity, and accountability in scholarly communication, the journal establishes the following policy on the use of Generative AI tools:

• Generative AI systems cannot be credited as authors. Human authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and ethical standards of the manuscript.
• Authors may employ AI tools for language editing, grammar correction, summarization, or improving readability. Such use must not alter the scientific meaning or integrity of the work.
• Any use of Generative AI must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript (e.g., acknowledgments or methods section), specifying the tool used and the nature of its contribution.
• Generative AI must not be used to fabricate data, generate false references, manipulate figures/images, or conduct peer review. Uploading manuscripts into AI systems during peer review constitutes a breach of confidentiality.
• Authors must ensure that AI-assisted content avoids plagiarism, bias, and respects intellectual property rights.
• The editorial board reserves the right to request clarification on AI use and may reject manuscripts that fail to comply with these guidelines.
