Abstract

we study "green" routing where we do not Prune the internet topology key    observation that makes this possible is that the energy consumption for packet delivery can be different in different traffic volume. Therefore, we can select paths that consume less Power while delivery traffic. In this work the implemented hop-by hop routing for internet service with optimized power consumption.  We introduced modified dijikstra green algorithm to improve the performance and gain life time of each hop, which maximize the life time of entire network.
